Deep Ocean Engineering Phoenix ST Underwater ROV & Sea-Mac Winch - Many Extras

We are offering for sale this Phoenix ST ROV designed and made by Deep Ocean Engineering. This unit comes with a Sea-Mac Marine winch. This unit was purchased from Deep Ocean and was specifically designed by them to be lowered into a drilled well deep into a salt cavern. The actual ROV is 8 ft long and about 2 ft in diameter. This unit comes with duplicate repair parts and many attachments. We have placed them out onto the floor from the storage crates they were in and tried our best to take photos of everything. The Sea-Mac winch has a drum full of cable but we do not know the actual number of feet on the winch but we suspect well over 1000 feet and maybe much more. The winch is 240v 3 phase powered. The unit was purchased for a specific use and it was reported that it was only used twice and then put in storage in the early 2000's and subsequently donated to a University but never again put to use.
